Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current SLP - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • State licensure or eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania
  • Previous experience in school-based SLP settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ learning goals
  • Provide direct therapy, consultation, and progress monitoring
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
