Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Virginia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) and SLPAs encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments
  • Develop and administer individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and student support sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Keep accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
