CL&D Graphics is seeking a Forklift Operator/Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our warehouse and production operations in Rock Hill, South Carolina. In this role, you will help ensure materials and finished goods move accurately, safely, and efficiently throughout our facility. You will work closely with the Shipping & Receiving Lead and Shift Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy, process incoming and outgoing shipments, and support production needs.

- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials and finished products throughout the facility.
- Prepare, package, wrap, and stage orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
- Process inventory transactions and maintain data in company systems.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and related paperwork.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain shipment logs.
- Coordinate with carriers to support on-time deliveries.
- Process returned goods and route service or repair shipments as needed.
- Assist with stockroom organization and inventory control activities.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies, overages, shortages, or substitutions to the Shift Supervisor.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Forklift experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience entering or tracking information in software systems.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to differentiate colors.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
