We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead and manage employee relations initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, with extensive experience conducting full-cycle workplace investigations and resolving complex employee relations matters. This role plays a critical part in fostering a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full-cycle employee relations investigations, including complaints related to harassment, discrimination, retaliation, policy violations, workplace conflicts, and misconduct.
- Conduct interviews, gather evidence, analyze findings, and prepare detailed investigation reports and recommendations.
- Partner with HR leadership and management to resolve employee concerns while ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee performance, conduct, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement employee relations programs that promote engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, terminations, and other complex employee matters.
- Analyze employee relations trends and recommend proactive solutions to minimize risk and improve workplace effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and business leaders on sensitive employment matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of employee relations experience, including significant experience conducting workplace investigations.
- Proven expertise managing end-to-end investigations from intake through resolution.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interviewing, conflict resolution, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with employees and leadership teams.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
