Key Qualifications:
- Current, active NC SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) eligible
- Strongly prefer prior experience working in K-12 schools
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for student-focused intervention
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students in alignment with IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and write reports detailing speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student success
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain thorough progress notes and comply with all documentation requirements
- Support students’ social and academic growth through focused interventions
