While hybrid work is available (with a preference for more onsite days), please note this is not a fully remote opportunity.
Preferred candidates hold an active Michigan SLP license (please be prepared to supply a license screenshot upon submission). Assignments will be determined by late August, so you’ll know your caseload before the school year begins. You’ll exclusively work onsite, collaborating closely with educational teams and families to deliver high-quality speech-language services.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current, active MI Speech-Language Pathology license
- SLP-CCC certification
- Experience in school-based settings, particularly with PreK and Kindergarten populations
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal communication
- Ability to adapt to dynamic educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in young students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Contribute to IEP meetings and support compliance with educational standards
