Day Surgery Charge RN

We are seeking an experienced Day Surgery Charge RN / Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support daily operations in the Day Surgery department. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating staff, patient flow, and department activities.

Schedule: Day Shift | 10-hour shifts
Start Time: 6:45 AM
Weekends: No weekends
Pay: $33.49–$48.50/hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor nursing care throughout the designated shift.
• Assist with pre-op admission and discharge processes to support efficient patient flow.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff and promote teamwork.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, performance support, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor quality of care and support patient-safety and service initiatives.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and equipment management.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• 3–5 years of Pre-Op RN experience
• BLS required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS required within 30 days of hire
• Strong leadership, communication, and patient-care coordination skills
