Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Residential Coordinator to support families in a community shelter setting. This role assists with daily site operations, resident engagement, meal distribution, documentation, and facilitating activities for families and children.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and support residents and visitors
  • Assist with meal distribution and daily site operations
  • Conduct resident check-ins and provide general support
  • Facilitate workshops, activities, and life skills programming
  • Complete data entry and documentation
  • Monitor site safety and follow established procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members and residents
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in social services, shelters, or community programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with diverse populations in a respectful, non-judgmental manner
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
Openings:
  • Day Shift: Friday through Tuesday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Swing Shift: Friday through Tuesday12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
ONSITE San Jose, CA 95125

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
