Key Qualifications:
- Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Specialist
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or similar interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with consistency
- Commitment to maintaining a positive, supportive environment for students
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and group behavioral support to students across K–12
- Collect data and document student progress using established protocols
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education teams, and families
- Assist in developing and adjusting behavior intervention plans
