Key Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Specialist
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or similar interventions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with consistency
  • Commitment to maintaining a positive, supportive environment for students

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 and group behavioral support to students across K–12
