Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and active Speech Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience with or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children in a school-based setting
- Ability to adapt to varying caseload sizes and needs
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students, adapting methods to meet each student’s unique needs
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school staff and families
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Work with other educators and professionals to implement effective interventions
- Stay updated on best practices in school speech and language pathology services
Key Details:
- Contract position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Start as soon as possible—this placement extends through November 30, 2027
- Caseload size to be determined, with all students in the elementary age range
