This full-time CNC Machinist / Programmer role focuses on programming, setting up, and running a cell of Haas CNC mills to produce high-quality prototype and short-run components for a variety of industries. The position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a non-production environment where parts, materials, and challenges change frequently, and where craftsmanship, precision, and innovation are central to the work.

  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment where jobs and requirements change frequently.
  • No formal degree or specific certification required; equivalent experience considered.
Why Work Here?

You will join a collaborative, craft-focused environment that values quality, innovation, and individual ownership of work. The role offers the opportunity to work on diverse, non-repetitive projects rather than high-volume production, allowing you to apply and grow your programming and machining skills. You will have the autonomy to manage your own work, contribute ideas for process improvement, and see the direct impact of your craftsmanship on finished components.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position in a machine shop environment centered around a cell of Haas CNC mills and MasterCam programming. You will work with advanced CNC equipment, a variety of materials, and precision measuring tools to produce prototype and short-run parts. The shop is not a high-volume production facility, so the work is varied and project-based, with frequent changeovers and new setups.
