Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid New Jersey School Psychologist certification required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and participate in eligibility determinations for special education services
  • Collaborate as an essential part of the Child Study Team, contributing professional insights to multidisciplinary meetings
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with student needs
  • Offer direct counseling and consultation to students, parents, and staff as needed
  • Deliver recommendations and strategies to support student academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
  • Maintain detailed records and adhere to all state and federal regulations
