School-Based Physical Therapist - Methuen, MA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Massachusetts PT (Physical Therapist) license in good standing
• Willingness to obtain or provide additional Massachusetts educational certifications if required
• Previous experience working with school-aged children or within a school setting is highly advantageous
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
• Reliable presence for onsite service delivery—remote work is not available for this position

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored physical therapy assessments and interventions to support students’ needs in alignment with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Document treatment, progress, and outcomes according to school and regulatory guidelines
• Consult with educators, families, and other professionals to promote student success
• Contribute to collaborative meetings and multidisciplinary planning sessions as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate records in accordance with applicable standards and confidentiality requirements
