Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient
Santa Cruz, CA | Full-Time | $90,000–$110,000/year
We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. The PT will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, maintain documentation, and collaborate with patients, physicians, and clinical staff.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active California PT license
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB test as required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and meet physical demands of patient care
