Cath Lab Registered Nurse

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Humboldt Park Health - Cath Lab RN - Days

Contract Length: 6 Weeks
Start: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week
Primary location: Humboldt Park Health
Shift Requirement: 0700-1530
Float Requirement: PACU
On Call/Call Back Requirement: on calls and call back expectation of 30 min
Weekend/Holiday Requirement: 3 days on call per week (15:30-0700), 4 on call days weekend in 6 weeks schedule (7a-7a)
Required Certs to be attached upon submittal: BLS, ACLS; experience in moderate sedation
Minimum Experience REQUIRED: 1 year experience. ICU (critical care)
Charting Experience: MEDITECH, MERGE HEMO
Patient Population STEMI, geriatric, cardiac, vascular, critical and well patients.
Skillset CRITICAL CARE, radiation safety, aseptic technique.
Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills! Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates, versatile, easy to adapt, good communication and interpersonal skills, team player
Unit Information: flouro exposure
Unit Strengths: Team player, proactive, responsive, resilient, collaborative
Scrub Colors/Uniform: scrubs provided by hospital , designated shoes for the lab.
