LHH is actively seeking a Customer Service Professional for one of our top clients in Van Nuys. This will be a contract to hire opportunity with our client and will report onsite to their office in Van Nuys!
Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers and plays an important role in ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through order fulfillment and delivery.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to build strong customer relationships while collaborating effectively with internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer sales cycle from quotation through order fulfillment, including order entry, shipping documentation, invoicing, and customer follow-up.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, requests, and inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Identify, address, and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs and order requirements are met.
- Monitor orders and proactively follow up to help ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
- Serve as a backup for front-desk responsibilities, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to support business development and customer engagement.
- Develop an understanding of customer needs and proactively identify opportunities to support their current and future requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information while following established processes and procedures.
- Exercise sound judgment when addressing routine customer and order-related issues.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills gained through formal training and/or relevant professional experience.
- Ability to work effectively within established procedures with moderate supervision.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to identify issues, evaluate relevant information, and make sound decisions using established processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
