Key Qualifications:

• Active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification (candidates will eventually need both but either one is initially acceptable)
• Holding or in pursuit of the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Open to Speech-Language Assistants (SLAs) with GaPSC certification
• Prior experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
• Ability to function effectively as part of an educational team
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to designated elementary school students
• Complete assessments, develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, and maintain required documentation
• Work onsite in a supportive school environment; remote work not available
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress and successful communication
• Participate in parent conferences, multidisciplinary team meetings, and other professional development opportunities
• Track and report student outcomes aligned with state and district expectations
