Title: Sr. Inventory Specialist

Location: Whitsett, NC, 27377

Pay rate: $36/hr on W2.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Senior Inventory Specialist to support warehouse, inventory, and 3PL operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, safety-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 3PL receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
• Inspect shipments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor high-value inventory, stock levels, cycle counts, and annual audits.
• Support manufacturing WIP inventory and resolve PO/inventory issues with Purchasing.
• Track delivery, quality, cost, and other operational KPIs.
• Prepare inventory and logistics reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train inventory analysts, 3PL providers, and other staff.
• Ensure compliance with company, OSHA, DOT, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of warehouse receiving/inventory experience.
• Experience with WMS such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong inventory control, Excel/MS Office, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, or continuous improvement preferred.
• Electronics manufacturing/distribution experience required; 3PL experience preferred.
• Forklift certification/license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
