Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Possession of (or eligibility for) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Accepting SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and candidates with school-based SLP experience
- Previous work with middle-school-aged students a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Open to considering Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA), pending direct hire requirements
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students in grades 5-7
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans in coordination with educators and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation per school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Participate actively in staff meetings, IEP meetings, and parent conferences
