Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Possession of (or eligibility for) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Accepting SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and candidates with school-based SLP experience
  • Previous work with middle-school-aged students a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Open to considering Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA), pending direct hire requirements

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students in grades 5-7
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans in coordination with educators and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation per school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Participate actively in staff meetings, IEP meetings, and parent conferences

This role offers the flexibility to accommodate both full-time professionals as well as those seeking part-time opportunities of 20 hours or more, with assignment caseloads being refined for optimal balance and impact.
