This Management Training Program is your fast track to running a high-energy sports and entertainment facility, with a clear path to becoming a General Manager. Starting at $45k–$54k, you can quickly level up to $70k–$80k+ while scoring fully covered medical benefits and unlimited vacation.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Build the Squad: Recruit, schedule, and hype up your staff to keep energy high.
  • Run the Business: Oversee league sign-ups, handle customer requests, and manage day-to-day operations.
  • Own the Space: Keep the facility looking clean, safe, and ready for game day.


The Logistics

  • The Schedule: Built for night owls and weekend hustlers (Mon–Fri 4 PM–1 AM; Sat–Sun 6 AM–1 AM).
  • Your Background: Got experience in retail, hospitality, or campus leadership? You’re already ahead.
  • The Fit: If you love sports, hold a degree (or equivalent), and are 18+, you're ready to apply.
