Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
  • Active Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting highly desirable
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement engaging therapy activities
  • Compassion for supporting students from diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to a varied caseload of students
  • Perform evaluations, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality
  • Deliver both group and individual therapy as needed throughout the school year
