Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or eligible State Licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Recent graduates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience or clinical rotations in school-based settings or pediatric therapy
- Strong knowledge of IEP process, documentation, and goal-setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with children, teachers, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication disorders
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and caregivers
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, providing input and progress reports
- Maintain thorough records and documentation to meet compliance standards
- Support an inclusive environment, fostering understanding and success for every child
