This is a contract opportunity for a speech-language pathologist (CCC required) to help fulfill school-based needs onsite for the 2026-2027 academic year. Work alongside a dedicated and supportive district team, making a meaningful difference for K-12 learners with diverse needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC credential
  • Active Maryland SLP license (required)
  • Previous experience working within Maryland schools strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently across multiple school sites
  • Flexibility with travel between schools as an itinerant provider

Role Highlights:

  • Serve a dynamic K-12 caseload with spot fill needs, including high school students in a self-contained classroom with moderate to severe requirements
  • Itinerant position traveling between multiple school locations, providing direct therapy, collaborative support, and progress monitoring
  • Deliver assessments and individualized therapy to help students achieve their communication goals
  • Create and implement IEPs, collaborate with other educators, and participate in student support meetings
  • Flexible scheduling possible—choose full-time (37.5 hours) or consider a part-time arrangement to suit your availability
  • Commitment from August 26, 2026, through June 11, 2027
