Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience with elementary caseloads, especially within schools
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy sessions and track progress toward goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
