Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Escondido, CA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience with elementary caseloads, especially within schools
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and assessments for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and track progress toward goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
