Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current and active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license for North Carolina
- Previous school-based experience preferred; experience with K-12 populations a plus
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel between multiple school locations as needed
- Strong organizational abilities and adaptability in dynamic educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Assess and support students’ fine motor, gross motor, sensory integration, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services, documenting progress and adapting as necessary
- Participate in team meetings, assessments, and ongoing professional development
