We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide services on a contract basis. Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP-CCC credentials
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly desirable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students with communication, language, or swallowing disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy, both individual and group, tailored to student goals
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for evaluations and progress reports
- Consult with teachers and families to maximize student success across learning environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
- Share regular updates and progress with relevant stakeholders
As part of this contract position, you’ll play a crucial role gathering student and caseload information to present to supervisors for review and planning. Please note, this position does not involve teletherapy (“voco”) and will begin in-person, with an orientation scheduled for 8/19 at 10am.
