Your background should include:

  • Current Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certificate (eventually both required, but either is acceptable to start)
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
  • Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
  • Understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy documentation
  • Open to speech-language assistants with GaPSC certification
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time (37.5 hours per week)

In this role, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to elementary students in an onsite school environment
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with special education teams and families
  • Offer timely documentation and progress updates
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment where children reach their full potential
  • Liaise with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate care and maximize student success
