Desired Qualifications:
- Active Ohio SLP certification is required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 populations
- Proficiency in pediatric speech-language pathology
- Knowledge of teletherapy best practices
- Comfortable consulting and collaborating within a school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and virtual assessment, diagnosis, and individualized intervention to K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and review IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of student progress and communications
- Educate and collaborate with family members, teachers, and staff to promote a supportive learning environment
- Utilize up-to-date strategies, technology, and resources to maximize student outcomes
