Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children, is highly valued
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with teachers, staff, and families
• Efficient documentation and progress reporting abilities

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging and effective speech-language therapy to students in elementary and general education classrooms
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to address students’ IEP goals
• Present assessment findings and therapy approaches to colleagues, including Savannah and Jordan
• Create individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to educational teams and families
