Elementary Special Education Teacher - Baltic, CT

What you'll need to succeed:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification for elementary grades
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, ideally in a special education setting

In this role, you will:

• Provide direct instruction and differentiated support to students in your classroom
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
• Track student progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, specialists, and families to support student success
