Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a pivotal role supporting advanced cardiovascular care as an Imaging - Cath Lab Tech. This contract position seeks a dedicated professional ready to assist physicians and care teams using cutting-edge imaging and interventional technology in a busy cath lab environment.
Key qualifications:
- Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS, ARRT, or equivalent preferred)
- Documented experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting
- Proficiency with fluoroscopy, hemodynamic monitoring, and specialized Cath Lab equipment
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and infection control protocols
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Collaborative attitude and commitment to patient safety
Primary responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate imaging equipment during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Provide direct support to physicians with angiograms, stent placements, device implantations, and more
- Monitor patient status throughout procedures, recognizing and responding to potential complications
- Document procedural details accurately in electronic health records
- Ensure proper room setup, equipment sterilization, and supply maintenance before and after each case
- Uphold all regulatory and hospital safety standards

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
