Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current Speech-Language Pathology license for practice in California
• Recent school-based SLP experience, especially with preschool-aged children
• Comprehensive understanding of assessment, intervention, and documentation for educational settings
• Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Please note: This role is not open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to preschool students in group and individual formats
• Conduct screenings and evaluations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Develop, track, and revise Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Partner with classroom teachers and special education staff to maximize student progress
• Offer consultation and resources to families and caregivers
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with district and state guidelines
