What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Special Education
- Active Connecticut Special Education Teaching License
- Experience supporting high school-aged learners in an academic setting
- Commitment to individualized instruction and the ability to adapt teaching strategies
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Understanding of IEP development and special education compliance
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and encourage students with diverse needs

- Provide instruction and support to high school students on an evolving caseload
