What we’re seeking:

• Master’s degree in Special Education
• Active Connecticut Special Education Teaching License
• Experience supporting high school-aged learners in an academic setting
• Commitment to individualized instruction and the ability to adapt teaching strategies
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Understanding of IEP development and special education compliance
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and encourage students with diverse needs
