Supplier Quality Specialist

Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Supplier Quality Specialist for a 6-month contract position at a premier pharma company in Boulder, CO. Pay Rate:
$26-32/hour

Overview:
In this role, you will review and assess raw material quality documentation, support supplier onboarding and quality activities, maintain accurate records in a cGMP pharmaceutical environment, and help resolve supplier-related quality issues while collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and product safety.

Schedule:
4x10 schedule, Wednesday-Saturday

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and review raw material quality data and documentation, ensuring materials meet all internal specifications, cGMP requirements, and regulatory standards before release or acceptance into manufacturing.
  • Perform hands-on Quality Control activities related to raw materials, including sample evaluations and supporting or overseeing supplier-provided testing documentation.
  • Drive supplier onboarding, qualification, and requalification processes by verifying supplier performance, collaborating on corrective actions, and ensuring supplier compliance with quality expectations.
  • Maintain accurate, organized records of supplier qualifications, quality agreements, and audit findings within electronic quality management systems such as MasterControl and SAP.
  • Monitor and escalate any quality issues, material deviations, or nonconformances identified in supplier documentation or raw materials, participating in related investigations and supporting timely resolution.
  • Work cross-functionally with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to resolve quality concerns, support audits, and continually improve raw material and supplier quality processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.
  • 1+ years of hands-on Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience, specifically involving raw materials in a cGMP regulated manufacturing environment.
