Speech Language Pathologist in Elgin, IL

We're seeking a dedicated speech-language pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide expert care to a caseload of about 20 students throughout the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Illinois SLP license
• Professional Educator’s License (PEL) for Illinois schools, issued by ISBE
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in school-based or therapeutic day school settings preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to a dedicated caseload, approximately 20 students, providing both individual and group interventions
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive student care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and growth
