Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Prior experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation standards
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech-language services to students as designated by their IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Collaborate with general and special education teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to educational planning
- Stay current with best practices and state requirements for school-based SLPs
