Quality Technician
We are seeking a Quality Technician to support Receiving Inspection within a medical device manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience using dimensional inspection tools, working with ERP systems, and performing quality inspections.
Responsibilities
- Support Receiving Inspection activities and ensure incoming materials meet quality requirements
- Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, pin gauges, micrometers, laser micrometers, and CMM equipment
- Use Keyence CMM machines for inspection and measurement
- Accurately enter inspection and quality data into ERP systems
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established quality procedures
Required Qualifications
- Experience using dimensional inspection tools
- Previous Medical Device manufacturing experience
- Receiving Inspection experience
- ERP system experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection results
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP experience
- Keyence CMM experience
