Qualifications:

• Current Texas license as an SLP-CCC
• Proven experience working in a school setting or with pediatric caseloads
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop age-appropriate therapy plans and goals
• Familiarity with IEP procedures and documentation standards

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language screenings, evaluations, and assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing students’ unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Monitor and document student outcomes, updating goals as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decision-making
• Provide both direct therapy and consultative services across a range of communication disorders
