Qualifications:
- Current Texas license as an SLP-CCC
- Proven experience working in a school setting or with pediatric caseloads
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop age-appropriate therapy plans and goals
- Familiarity with IEP procedures and documentation standards
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language screenings, evaluations, and assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing students’ unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes, updating goals as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decision-making
- Provide both direct therapy and consultative services across a range of communication disorders
