This contract position offers the opportunity to deliver impactful therapy services throughout the school year, working with a diverse K-12 caseload of students aged 5 to 19. Enjoy a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, collaborating with educators and support teams to foster each student’s academic and personal growth.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Previous experience with school-based services preferred
  • Confidence in supporting a range of age groups and varied student needs
  • Strong communication abilities to effectively work with students, families, and staff
  • Collaborative mindset and adaptability in dynamic educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students, in both individual and group settings
  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and document progress
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer consultative support and resources to teachers and staff for in-classroom strategies
  • Maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting
  • Contribute to school-wide initiatives supporting student independence and access
