Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Ohio SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with delivering services in a school setting
  • Experience or genuine interest in working with children ages kindergarten through 5th grade
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Create and execute individualized treatment plans that address both educational and therapeutic goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver both direct and consultative services to support varying student needs
