Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure, or eligibility, for Speech-Language Pathology in Ohio
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary age students (K–5)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for K-5th grade students
- Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy aligned with student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student growth
- Support students’ participation and success in academic and social activities
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies
