Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure, or eligibility, for Speech-Language Pathology in Ohio
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary age students (K–5)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for K-5th grade students
• Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy aligned with student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student growth
• Support students’ participation and success in academic and social activities
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies
