• Support students within general education classrooms

• Provide instructional and academic support within inclusive classroom settings

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide specialized instruction and classroom accommodations
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families
• Monitor student progress toward academic and behavioral goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support student success in inclusive learning environments

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Special Education Teacher License
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred
• Ability to effectively support students in general education settings
