Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Middleboro, MA
Client: Logistics leader in the Food and Beverage Industry
Pay & Schedule:
$21.00 (1st Shift) 6:00am – 4:30pm
$22.25 (2nd Shift) 2:00pm – 10:30pm

Position Overview:
We are seeking Pick and Pack Workers / Lift Truck Operators to join our team in Middleboro, MA during a peak seasonal period. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a warehouse environment. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and physically capable of handling warehouse tasks and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload products using stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
Accurately pick and pack items for shipment
Move, stack, and store merchandise in appropriate locations
Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking
Complete product scans and documentation
Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Report equipment malfunctions and adhere to OSHA safety standards
Charge and maintain forklift batteries as needed
Follow company attendance policy and production standards
Assist in maintaining security within the warehouse
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
At least 1 year of related warehouse or forklift experience
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stand/kneel/crouch for extended periods
Experience operating stand-up lifts, pallet jacks, walk-behinds, and RF scanners preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Comfortable working overtime, evenings, or weekends when necessary
Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
