Job Description
Position: 1st Shift Forklift Operator
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Overtime as needed on Saturdays, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Location: Whitestown, IN

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Load, unload, and move materials efficiently within the warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete shipping documentation
- Inspect equipment and perform routine safety checks
- Follow inventory control procedures and storage instructions
- Support warehouse operations and assist with other duties as needed
- Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years forklift operating experience, specifically sit-down forklifts
- OSHA forklift certification or previous forklift experience preferred
- RF Scanner experience is a plus
- Bilingual skills are a bonus but not required
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work overtime and cross-train in other departments
