What you'll need:

• Holds a valid Ohio SLP license.
• Certification as CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY).
• Experience and comfort serving K-12 students in a school setting, or a strong desire to grow this skillset.
• Ability to manage a moderate caseload (maximum 80 students) efficiently while delivering effective services.
• Energetic communication, adaptability, and collaborative spirit.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver speech/language therapy sessions to students across grade levels according to IEPs.
• Evaluate students' needs, conduct assessments, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitoring and documenting student progress.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to ensure holistic support for each student’s goals.
• Maintain compliance with state and district regulations for school-based speech and language services.
