Make an impact supporting students by providing expert speech-language services in a dynamic school environment. This contract opportunity near Lawrenceville, GA is ideal for professionals passionate about pediatric communication disorders and committed to student development. You’ll work directly with children in need, collaborating with teachers and families, and can deliver services both onsite and via teletherapy.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Holds or eligible for Speech-Language Pathologist-Clinical Certificate of Competence (SLP-CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CFY)
  • Appropriate state licensure for practice
  • Prior experience with pediatric populations, especially in school settings
  • Teletherapy experience is a plus
  • Ability to create and carry out individualized treatment plans
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with specific treatment goals
  • Provide speech and language therapy—either in person or virtually—as determined by student needs
  • Educate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support progress
  • Document therapies, progress, and updates in compliance with school standards
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to team efforts
