Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Gallup, New Mexico

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician to support students in a school-based setting in Gallup, New Mexico, for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small-group behavioral support to students under BCBA supervision
• Implement student behavior intervention plans
• Assist students with skill acquisition, communication, and daily living goals
• Assist students with emotional regulation and positive coping skills
• Collect behavioral data and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Support students with daily activities; toileting assistance may be required
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active RBT certification required
• Previous school-based, behavioral, or special education experience preferred
• Comfortable supporting students with challenging behaviors
• Ability to pass all required background checks and school clearances
