Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral services in the Phoenixville, PA area. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside educators and other professionals to support students' behavioral and social-emotional needs.

This is a temporary coverage opportunity running through approximately mid-October, with a schedule of 2–3 days per week, approximately 7:35 AM–3:05 PM.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Running social skills sessions
  • Assisting teachers with implementation of PBSPs
  • Potentially supervising in-house RBTs
  • Collaborating with teachers and school staff to support student success
