Performance Objectives
  • Contour, characterize, and finish assigned ceramic, zirconia, hybrid, and All-on-X cases so they meet prescription, shade, and functional standards on first delivery, keeping remakes well below lab average.
  • Hit daily production targets for both analog and digital workflows (milled bars, printed dentures, custom implants) without sacrificing microscopic detail or natural emergence profiles.
  • Resolve fit, contact, or aesthetic issues on the first revision by collaborating directly with dentists and our quality team.
  • Maintain 100% adherence to FDA QS/GMP and internal QC checkpoints on every case you touch.
  • Document proven techniques and coach newer technicians so the whole bench raises its standard.
  • Adopt new materials and equipment as we invest in them, turning upgrades into faster, more consistent output.
Environment & Resources

You will work on a close-knit production floor in our Jetplex Industrial Park facility alongside experienced crown-and-bridge, implant, and removable technicians. You report to the Production Manager and have access to current milling, 3D-printing, and ceramic systems plus a standing education budget. Cases range from single units to full-arch hybrids; the lab is full-service, so the work stays interesting.

Essential Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skill contouring and finishing porcelain, zirconia, and hybrid restorations in a production dental laboratory.
  • Ability to read complex prescriptions and produce natural anatomy, occlusion, and shade matches that dentists accept the first time.
  • Hands-on experience with digital design files, milled bars, printed dentures, and implant-supported cases.
  • Exceptional manual dexterity, color vision, and patience for microscopic work under magnification.
  • Reliable attendance and a quality-first mindset that treats every restoration as if it were going into a family member’s mouth.
