Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Washington State licensure or willingness to secure licensure prior to start
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
  • Experience in a pediatric or school-based setting is highly valued
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose communication disorders in school-age children
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support optimal learning outcomes
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress reports as required by school policies and state guidelines
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
  • Provide guidance and education to staff and families regarding speech-language development
